Itinerary
A 6-hour walking tour which takes guests off the tourist trail and into the neighborhoods of Lapa, Glória, Flamengo and Laranjeiras. Guests taste Amazonian fruit juices and street food dishes, visit a street market, bars and some really old restaurants - in total they make 8 stops and finish up with a big meal and plenty of juices, beers and caipirinhas.
The route also includes really cool non-food stops (including street art, the Selarón Steps and the Lapa Arches). The pace is relaxed, with plenty of breaks and stops along the way, making the tour suitable for young and old alike. As well as being a fun and delicious introduction to Brazilian food, this tour also serves to orientate guests within Rio. The English speaking guides will help guests understand how to get around the city, giving them safety tips and recommendations for the best things to do and places to eat while they're in the city. -
